Susanne
Schwing was born 1964 in rural south Germany, surrounded
by nature, her biggest teacher. Speaking with trees,
animals and forest fairies led to the deep wisdom that
everything is connected.
After studying at the Sportsacademy she travelled
through India, where she practised Yoga and ayurvedic
massage. 1993 was a turning point in her life, when during
her first visit to Eressos, she came in contact with her
Healing power.
Back in Germany, she contacted therapists and teachers,
including teachers from Hawaii, and was trained in
Lightwork, Huna Philosophy, Hula Dance and Bodywork.
Susanne has been living in Eressos since 2002, in an
old farmhouse with horses, dogs, cats and a big garden,
close to the beauty of the sea and surrounded by powerful
nature.
She works as a Yogateacher and Bodywork Therapist,
helping people to connect with their inner selves.

Workshops & Massage Sessions
Based
on these principles, we experience ourselves with pure
help from Nature and the Seven Elements: fire, water,
wind, stone, plants, animals and human beings. We connect
with and take energy from what is around us to soar into a
new realm of possibilities.
A Shaman is anyone who allows themself a spacious view
of reality and who is curious regarding the challenges
that life brings to them.
Huna involves all the skills which raise our energy,
such as communication with the elements, stretching &
dance movements, meditative movements and breathing.
There is a vision that the wisdom of full health and
fullfillment is in all of us, on all levels, living within
our bodies. As this wisdom is merely sleeping inside us,
we all always have the possiblility to reawaken it.
Tension, stress and energy blocks make it difficult for us
to go straight to this wisdom.
The old Hawaiians knew about this, and the Flow of
Life, and developed the wonderful massage healing ceremony
called:
Lomi Lomi Nui Massage
Known
as the "Temple-style", Lomi Lomi Nui is a
graceful, deep physical oil-massage, that goes far beyond
healing.
Based on respect, attention and unconditional love the
whole body will be touched by devine love.
"Kino Mana" (the Strength of the body)
Bodywork is like a dance, like music, like diving into
deep water and playing with Dolphins. In this style of
Lomi Lomi Massage, the practitioner is the dancer and the
recipient is the choreographer.
The Bodyworker takes her energy from practising a
dynamic dance & meditative movement, called Flight of
the Navigator (The Flying).
Susanne will be giving half hour demonstrations of Lomi
Lomi Nui during the festival.
Workshops
Dynamic Yoga/Flying Dance Mediation
Energizing
and balancing our Body & Soul with flowing, meditative
movements based on the natural rhythm of our body. We
become conscious of our breathing, while practising
stretching asanas (exercises) in an easy way and becoming
more flexible.
The hawaiian Flying dance is a dynamic dance and
meditation movement with beautiful music to bring us more
into the flow of life. While 'Flying high', we are
becoming deeply rooted with the earth and more stable in
different situations.
Kamalii o' Kapo - The Creation Dance
The
Creation Dance is a traditional healing dance of Hawaii.
We practise by the sea, learning the steps and stories of
the Hawaiian people.
This dance is a great healer for ourselves and others;
it is powerfully moving and touches the heart. The dance
activates energy, bringing pure happiness in an easy way
like playing.
This is a two sesssion workshop, each session lasts 2
hours.
